The Annual Lochmere HOA Meeting will be held in person on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of Resurrection Lutheran Church (100 W. Lochmere Drive).  Early sign-in is at 6:30PM, with light snacks and refreshments provided.

By now all Lochmere households should have received the meeting notification via USPS mail. If you have not received your notice, please contact Andy Siouville, Community Manager, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 919-233-7640.

To access the notification letter which has been mailed to all Lochmere homeowners, please see Attachment A below.

To access the Proxy, please see Attachment B below.  Please note that Nate Goldsmith has withdrawn his name as a candidate for the Board of Directors.  The Proxy attached below is revised.

Remember that if you are not able to attend the meeting, you should return your proxy to the Main Office no later than October 26, 2026. Remember that when you are returning your proxy:

  • When completing the proxy, you will be indicating your vote for two (2) Board of Director candidates.  
  • You can appoint someone who will be attending the meeting to cast a vote. When you assign a proxy, you are appointing a resident who will be physically present at the meeting to cast the vote on your behalf.
  • If you do not appoint someone, the Proxy will go to the “seated Board members”.
  • Proxies must be signed, must include your address and must be dated.

Three Lochmere residents have stepped forward as potential candidates to fill two (2) upcoming Board vacancies to serve a 3-year term.  You can read their bios by clicking on their individual names:

Each candidate has graciously agreed to record a video to introduce themselves. These videos are posted on this website under the title "2026 Board Candidate Videos".
