The purpose of the Lochmere HOA Board is to maintain, protect and enhance the value of the Lochmere community.  Board members work hard to place communty interest above personal interests, operate as a team rather than as individuals, and to be proactive in everything that they do.

Board members are unpaid volunteers.  Each member is elected by the community at large to a term of 3 years, with elections held every year at the annual meeting in October.  Current Board members are:

THE NEXT LOCHMERE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, November 23, 2021, AT 6:30 PM.  DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS, THE BOARD WILL BE MEETING VIRTUALLY.  THE HOMEOWNER OPEN FORUM will be available for those residents wishing to address the Board. Residents have 5 minutes to address the Board. Homeowners may email questions or concerns to the Board (This email address is being protected from spambots.
