The purpose of the Lochmere HOA Board is to maintain, protect and enhance the value of the Lochmere community.  Board members work hard to place communty interest above personal interests, operate as a team rather than as individuals, and to be proactive in everything that they do.

Board members are unpaid volunteers.  Each member is elected by the community at large to a term of 3 years, with elections held every year at the annual meeting in October.  Current Board members are:

Residents are also welcome to attend and speak during the Open Forum section, held at the first agenda item at each board meeting.  The rest of the meeting is for board members only.  Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at HRW at least 48 hours in advance of any meeting if you'd like to attend. Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of the month, but subject to change.

THE NEXT LOCHMERE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY,  JUly 28, 2020, AT 6:30 PM.  DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK, THE BOARD WILL BE MEETING VIRTUALLY.  THERE WILL BE NO HOMEOWNER OPEN FORUM. Homeowners may email questions or concerns to the Board one week prior to the meeting so they can have to review.
