Are you looking for a fun yet effective way to work out with your friends and neighbors?  Why not try water aerobics at Lochmere!

The water fitness program at Lochmere is an effective water- based total body exercise program that reduces skeletal stress and enhances cardiovascular fitness.  Diane Laws is the water aerobics instructor. Diane is a long-time instructor and takes pleasure in working one-on-one with many of the participants in her classes.

Classes are complimentary to Lochmere members only ages 18 and older.  No guests are allowed.  All classes are taught at the Lochwood facility (500 Lochwood Drive). 

Class size is limited to 23 participants per class.  Please sign up HERE.    You can sign up 3 days in advance.  To give everyone a chance, if classes fill up quickly, please take turns and don't come every day.

Drop-ins will not be allowed unless the maximum has not been met.

There is a minimum of 4 members required at each class. All classes are 1 hour long.   No swimming experience necessary.

May 28 through June 12

June 13 through August 16

(Monday-Friday)

 

9:15 AM (At Lap Pool)

June 17 through August 14

(Monday & Wednesday)

6:00 PM (At Lap Pool)

August 19 through August 30

(Monday-Friday)

4:30 PM (At Main Pool)
