The Lochmere Board of Directors would like to share the following update received from the current owner of Amberwood at Lochmere Apartments:

“We’ve not yet selected a replacement buyer, but we won’t be pursuing a sale to the Raleigh Housing Authority. With RHA’s unique requirement for a certificate of need from the Town of Cary and the limited time to obtain one, that path is not going to be feasible.”
