As we celebrate the holiday season,

there will be no class this morning.

Lochmere hosts a  morning yoga class.  It is complimentary for Lochmere residents over the age of 18.  No guests are allowed.

The instructors are Bonnye Hur, MaryKay Lawson, and Dori McDarris.

Classes are held on Wednesdays at 9:30-10:30 AM at the Highlands Clubhouse (200 Loch Highlands Drive).
