Lochmere is proud to offer tennis clinics for junior tennis enthusiasts.  Even if your child has never been on the tennis courts or held a racquet, now is the time to get started at Lochmere.

Michel Haddad, Lochmere's Tennis Director, and his staff are ready to meet your children and show them how much fun tennis really is.

 

 Red & Orange Dot Junior  Clinics

Lochmere is offering Junior Red Dot (Ages 5-8) clinics during April at the Lochwood Tennis Courts (500 Lochmere Drive).

Clinics are currently offered during the month of April   (April 11, 18, 25).  When you sign up, you are registering for all 3 days.

Days:   Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 PM

Fees: (Must Be Paid On Or Before  April 11)

  • Lochmere Residents: $80/Month
  • Non-Lochmere Residents: $90/Month

 Middle & High School Junior  Clinics

Lochmere is offering Middle School and High School Junior Spring Clinics on Tuesday evenings in April at the Lochwood courts (500 Lochmere Drive).

These clinics are for Juniors wanting to learn tennis and improve stroke production for high school level. Playing of points will be covered in these clinics. Each clinic is based on a monthly session and you need to sign up for a month at a time..
  • Dates:  Tuesdays (April 11, 18, and 25)
  • Time:     5:30 to 6:30 PM
  • Fee       (Paid Monthly By 1st Tuesday)
    • Lochmere Residents: $80/Month
    • Non-Lochmere Residents: $90/Month

If there is a slight hesitation to whether Lochmere Clinics will be held, please do not hesitate to call the Lochmere Tennis Office at (919)859-2408 or text Michel at 919-931-4733.   Notices will also be posted on the home page of www.lochmere.org and a sign will be posted at the courts.  

Reasons for Lochmere Tennis Clinics to be cancelled are as follows:

  • High wind speeds.
  • Low temperatures.
  • Extreme high temperatures.
  • Rain or wet courts.
  • Snow.
