First Payment in April is $120 for Family Membership and $87 for Couple Memberships.    If you decide to sign up for this option in March.  Monthly payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month starting April 15th and ending on September 15th, 2010.

To sign up for this option, follow these easy steps:
           1.  Complete this form  (Note: we need two signatures for joint accounts.                                 Automatic  Bank Withdrawal Form

           2.  Attach a voided check to the contract

           There is a $25 yearly bank fee to participate in this option.
